a) Responding to enquiries sent through the form, by email or by phone, and managing appointment bookings: based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). b) Providing the legal services engaged: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). c) Complying with the legal obligations that apply to the legal profession: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. d) Measuring the effectiveness of ads on Meta, only if you accept cookies: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); see the Cookie Policy.

Identification and contact data (name, email, phone, country of residence) and any information you choose to include in your message. Please do not send documents or sensitive data through the form.
4. Mandatory data
The marked form fields are needed to answer your enquiry. If they are not provided, we will not be able to respond.
5. Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The technology providers we need may access it as processors: website hosting and form (Netlify) and online calendar (Google).
6. Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: one year from the last communication. Clients: for the duration of the professional relationship and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods for any resulting liabilities.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability (Arts. 15 to 22 GDPR), and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by writing to irisalves@icab.cat. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
